1. Use of Pool and Pool Area.
a. Only to be used between 09:00am and 6:00pm (see times on pool board).
b. No music unless personal headphones are used.
c. No ball games in or around the pool area.
d. No glasses or bottles allowed in the pool area due to obvious dangers.
e. Pool beds are not to be removed from the area.
f. Pool beds must not be reserved
(unattended towels will be removed from the pool area)
g. Lilos and inflatables are not allowed in the pool area.
2. Please keep noise to a minimum as the complex has many residents.
3. Loud music is not allowed at any time.
4. All rubbish from apartments must be placed in the community rubbish sheds situated on the perimeter of the complex.
5. Please do not feed any animals on the complex.
6. Please do not walk on any walls or over the gardens.
7. Children are not allowed to play on the roof areas and must be kept under control at all times.
8. Clothes and other objects may only be dried on an apparatus placed in a concealed position and may not be hung over balconies.
9. The community will not accept responsibility for the loss of any personal items.
10. No ball games allowed anywhere on the complex.
